My friend posted a picture of this breakfast on Instagram a couple of months ago and it looked DELICIOUS! I knew I had to recreate it and try it for myself.
1 Hash brown patty
1 tablespoon Crunchy Chili Onion (found at Trader Joe's)
Pinch of salt and pepper
I cook my hash brown in the air fryer but you can cook it however you'd like.
Set air fryer to 425 degrees and put in hash brown for 10 minutes flipping halfway through
Crack egg in skillet and season with salt and pepper (I like mine over easy)
Once egg is cooked to your liking, put on top of hash brown
Slice half an avocado and put on top of egg
Top off with 1 tablespoon of Crunchy Chili Onion
